? Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options — you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
We are only shipping domestically. We use UPS, USPS, or truck freight as best fits the situation and charge actual shipping costs. Actual shipping cost will be added to your invoice before shipment is sent.
Please note that for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, UPS and truck freight tend to be prohibitively expensive. Most shipments will use USPS parcel service as it is the best value, but transit times can be significantly longer.
⏱️ Order Processing Time
Most orders placed before 11AM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. Large (freight) orders may require an additional day.
All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
? Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
? International Orders
We do not ship internationally. Tunze USA is solely a US distribution center.
? Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
